Hooters Of Nottingham

I love going to Hooters. Ive been in the US, in Germany, China and UK. Just like any chain restaurants, wherever in the world its the same food they offer, with the same range of prices and thats what I like. Plus the girls are always a delight. Funny to compare the Hooter girls from different countries. Foodwise, I stick to my wings and ceasar salad and curly fries! Never disappointed. And of course, we always watch the sports game on 1 or more TV. not a sports fan but its part of the Hooters experience. In the UK, its the best because theyll show the Premier or the Champions League!

Ah Hooters. How you mock and entertain us. I’ve been Hooters a couple of times in California and i must admit that i had a great time. It’s a good place to watch live sport and the food (be it greasy and fatty) is actually ok. Hooters, Nottingham is a far cry from what you’ll find in the USA. I wouldn’t go as far a Kevin below and call it Crufts but the atmosphere and quality of service was middling at best.
If you’re looking for a sophisticated, tasty night out in Nottingham, hooters is definitely not the place. If it’s sleaze and oggling you want. hmmmm. it’s STILL probably not the right place.

I haven’t been to the US version of Hooters but some of my friends and my girlfriend had.
Well, Nottingham Hooters is not the same as US Hooters apparantly. The main novelty here is supposed to be the service, right? I thought I had walked into Crufts.
It caters for blokey football nights and stag partys, nothing else really. Food is poor. Disappointing, sleazy.

Now the reputation of Hooters is that we think of it as being a place where pervy guys go to have their beer served to them by good looking young ladies wearing orange hot pants and tight white tops! And yep I guess thats about right ;-)
But to be honest there really isn’t that much that sets this place aside from any other modern day bar in Nottingham. Good looking girls serving drinks? Well where doesn’t have that nowadays and to be honest they are not as glamourous here as you might hope for.
What they do have that I would recommend is the food there. Yes it is basic chicken based things such as wings, burgers and curly fries, but you know what it is actually pretty tasty and goes down well.
Drinks are expensive when you consider this place is located just outside of town and so is a fair walk to your next destination.
There is also a lack of atmosphere here, it is in a fairly big plot now it has moved and there are rarely enough people in here to give it that buzz. With wooden floors and table it can have that empty echo feel sometimes,
