The largest library in Norwich (and probably Norfolk) they is a wide range of books stocked (which can be reserved online), along with DVD’s, CD’s and games.
The entrance to The Forum often has displays on from local groups and the local careers fair is held there.
There is also a café/​bar and a Pizza Express in the building, along with the BBC Norfolk news room.

The forum is a great central meeting point for friends and family. The building and plaza offer an interesting option when out in the city, often with some kind of event or attraction on the plaza itself.
Inside the forum, you’ve got the library, and a nice café and shops etc, that can be a nice quiet place to go on an afternoon.
It also has its own underground parking, which can be helpful when out in the city centre.

The Forum is a fantastic building in the centre of Norwich.
It is on the site of the old library.
The building is staffed twenty four hours a day, 365 days per year, and is open to the public from 7am to midnight every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
There is a 204 space car park which is open from 7am to midnight every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
There is a cash machine inside.
Café Bar Marzano is situated on the ground floor and is open Monday — Saturday from 8.30am — 11pm and on Sundays too from 9.30am –10.30pm.
Pizza Express is situated on the first floor and is accessable via stairs or a lift. Pizza Express is open Monday — Saturday from 11.30am — 11pm and from 11.30am — 10.30pm on Sundays.
