Tried to buy an embroidery machine. Staff not interested and grumbled they were short of staff and nobody could help. Off to John Lewis then.

Sew Simplewhat a fab place. Everything for the crafter and more. Specialises in sewing (obviously) and papercrafts. Not the cheapest place to get things but it more than makes up for this with its wide range and extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. Also holds a small range of beading and jewellery supplies, and a decent range of painting supplies. Also, you get to look around all the other great little shops at the centre… have spent many happy hours there.(and far too much money! oh well, it’s all fun) oh yeah, if you are a craft addict like me, take advantage of the loyalty scheme.
