morrison’s as a store offers great value for money. the food isn’t the quality of M&S or Waitrose, but the goods are great for the price you pay
this branch of morrison’s is not their finest. queues at the checkouts are often excessive. staff are rude in my experience. when i once asked a member of staff if another checkout could be opened as i needed to be somwhere, i was told you should have got here earlier.
i took the complaint to the company’s head office but didn’t receive any feedback
