Monsoon

Really strange experience.
Okay, so first, its a Monsoon and an Accessorize in one shop.
The Accessorize is a little small, and was pretty crowded.
There was only one staff member in the shop, stationed behind the till (there was a huge queue). It was anarchy in there. The queue was huge, everyone was shouting, the cashier couldn’t work the till, there were kids running around knocking things over, and the cashier just couldn’t maintain control– I ended up picking up a huge tray that had been knocked over as she was so flustered.
When we finally got to the till. The cashier firstly couldn’t find the price of one of the items (She had to call someone over, who informed her she was searching in the wrong place). She then ripped our receipt out so quickly that she broke the machine, and we were asked to return in ten minutes to get our receipt, really annoying when you’re trying to get a quick shop done.
When we returned it took another ten minutes to get our receipt printed out again, rather than it being ready for us to pick up. There was no apology, and the staff were rude and huffy that we had come back for the receipt.
I do like Accessorize, I often come here for holiday stuff, but I was really surprised at the rudeness and incompetence of the staff. Very disappointed.
