Good stuff, good staff.

Wilkinsons is a bargain shop, no doubt about it. But, unlike some bargain shops, its good quality stuff. I usually go into wilkinsons as an alternative to WHSmith. They have the same quality stuff but at half the price. The staff are also quite friendly, but lets just say I’ve met more friendly staff before. For the price though, no complaints.

This place is inside the shopping centre so good for a cold day though you can also get to it from the main street, It is a large shop with furniture, household goods and lots of sweets. You can pick up some great bargains here and eat at the café which is quite cheap and does nice sandwichs

Huge bargain supermarket stocking a great manner of items; from homs to furniture, storage, confectionary, health and beauty, food, toys, clothes, pet food, stationary and much much more. Very competiitively priced so you can always pick up a bargain, and lots of offers are in store too.

Wilkinsons are cheap and have a good selection of basic products. They do some foods as well and these are always as cheap as the big supermarkets. I always try there when buying paint ect as they tend to be a lot cheaper as are a lot of toiletries and cleaning products. Worth a look.

This Wilkinsons is good for if you want to pick up a quirky bargain. North Shields isn’t one of the most upmarket towns, however, I do find that they tend to sell goods for cheaper than big shopping centres so it is definitely worth taking a trip there! Last time I was in they had lots of reduced home lighting and also discounted wallpapers, some of which I have seen in diy shops for nearly double the price for exactly the same wallpaper! They also have some good offers on food and they now sell a lot of chilled things with are better value than the supermarkets.
Wilkinsons definitely get my approval for being top quality at low prices. Their refund and returns policy is also very fair compared to some other shops.
