I drove by this place on my way to North Berwick and thought to check it out for future purposes. Its has a nice entrance which leads you further up the Hill. I got lured in by the sign that says that the golf course is also accessible for the public, either to play a round of golf or enjoy a lovely, peaceful lunch or dinner. There is a rubble stone covered car park in front of the Club House, which does not look massive from the outside and appears a bit dated. Inside, however, the building splits into several sections: a restaurant area with views onto the golf course, a friendly bar, a gym and spa, changing areas and a hairdresser upstairs. I believe that a membership to this place starts around £35 a month, which is quite a good price for being a member of a golf and country club. The first tee is on the left site of the clubhouse and offers some beautiful views onto the nearby country side. You can also admire Tantallon Castle and the sea from another viewpoint. The driving range is pretty simple with a few booths to practice on, if you can call them booths at all! If I would live in the area, I would definitely try to become a member, because of the affordable pricing and nice views.
