I like Thistles because although it is another gift shop on North Berwick high street, it sells very accessible secondhand/​antique crockery. And random things, like Edward Hopper framed prints (yeah, I bought one and waddled down a snowy high street dragging that and all my Christmas shopping). I liked the more modern crockery too — if I actually had a house, i would have spent a lot more than I actually did in the end.
