Up & Running

This is the sort of shop I usually avoid.
Full of fit lean people buying gel packs for marathon running and special space age socks that would be at home in NASA.
Being a couch potato for 100 years I was in danger of not only looking like a potato but actually turning into one as well, I have ventured out into the world of exercises kicking and screaming. Having run between two lamp posts I now think I am Haile GebreSelassie and in need of new shoes. I went into JJB never again by the way, and decided to take the plunge and go into a shop that might have what I would need.
I shuffled around the outside of the shop marvelling at funky running vests, fancy watches and various other unfamiliar items that I was beginning to look like I should be wearing a mac and going into an adult bookstore (lurking is never a good look)
In we went and the girl couldn’t be nicer, she knew what she was talking about and was extremely helpful, for my level of running I only wanted a reasonably priced pair of shoes and I came away with the right item at a very nice price of £45.
Anyone looking for running shoes or any other stuff, don’t waste your time going to other places visit Up and Running, a great little shop
