We have been going here since it was the Turkaz. Since it has changed we have been twice and both times the food has been awful. The main course I had was a shish kebab and what came was a £12.95 shish with a small amount of grated carrot and some shredded lettuce with vinegar. That’s what I expect from the takeaway kebab at 2 in the morning for £5 not from a restaurant. The waitress was more interested in going outside with her boyfriend than serving. The second time we had grilled sea bass and the chef couldn’t cook it as it was over done and it was stuck to the grille mesh so it was not in one piece.

Mmmmm nom nom nom nom nom is how I like to describe my experience at Dalyan. Dalyan was formerly known as Turkuaz, but it recently changed new owners. The quality and delivery of Turkish cuisine is consistently the same. I really like to go on Sunday lunch because you can get a three course meal for two for only £19. Please see the pictures I took and added to see what you can get in the deal. We got a delicious cold mezze appetizer with fresh baked bread. It was to die for. Followed with a mixed meat selection with pilaf rice and a yogurt and spicy dipping sauces. It was probably the best meal I’ve had at Dalyan/Turkuaz. My favorite so far. It came with fresh salad, tomatoes, pickled cabbage and carrots. For desert we were served fresh fruit, an assortment of honey dew melon, oranges, and kiwi and two baklavas. It was delicious. I was struggling to finish all three courses, but thoroughly enjoyed myself. The waiter is awesome because he helped us chose our lunch and helped us get the most for our money and he suggested the special because it came with the most food and on top of that it was delicious! I can’t wait to go to Dalyan again. I highly suggest it!
