This is one of the finest subway stores I have been to in Newcastle. They always seem to have more than one member of staff unlike the other stores in the town and you get served really quickly. The sandwiches are of the usual subway standard so reasonably tasty.
One thing which is slightly annoying is the fact that this is the only store in town which has stopped the £5 deal, so I usually go to the other stores in town now to get a nicer sandwich for less!

subway is bad quality sandwiches and very overpriced. staff are often grumpy and it is very rare the food is tasty. although there is a wide range to choose from. It’s okay if you like to throw away your money.

Awful sandwiches, flat soggy or rock hard bread. Young, unkempt staff who speak in a mechanical, unhappy manner. Go elsewhere to eat!

How do you do a review with no stars?
I hate this place with a passion. Once, I ate in a Subway in Florida in 1992, and was interested to see what it was like over here. Not as good as I remember, but maybe, once, Macdonalds made real food too!
It may look healthy, but if you stand anywhere near the vents from the shop, it’s enough to make you turn green.

Subway is a standard sandwich shop, however they do such unique varieties and their salads are always fresh and appetising. I have used Subway for years as my lunchtime stop, and will continue for many years to come. The other good thing about Subway is that they are open late, so if you are out in Newcastle late on, you know you can always grab a healthy snack in-​between bars.

A delicious sandwhich shop with a whole host of different sandwhiches with sub of the day special offers to entise you. Service is very thorough and quick as this shop is always well staffed. Sandwiches are very very tasty. Caters for vegetarians.
