I bought a brand new Skoda Fabia from Robert Eardley. The sales staff were incredibly helpful. At the time I did not drive, and they drove a sample car in the colour I wanted 10 miles to my office with a pack of order forms. The whole order process was smooth and I did not at any point feel pressurised to buy add-​ons or other unwanted services.
When the car was delivered the handover was thorough going through all the key points you’d want to know about your new car.
After sales service was always good and reasonably priced.
