Benfield Motors

When our Fiat developed a number of ghastly problems almost immediately upon purchasing it second hand from a dodgy garage, who then immediately refused to mend it (!), I called Benfield Motors, as the local Fiat garage, immediately. They were extremely helpful as well as friendly and polite on the telephone and were able to arrange for us to bring the car in immediately to get it looked at. Since then, we have had to use their services a couple of times to fix problems on the same vehicle and always the telephone manner has been extremely courteous, the staff in the office have been polite and helpful when we have dropped the car off or picked it up, and the actualy work which has been done on the car has been of a high standard. Unfortunately, the downside is the extortionate pricing, which I suppose is nothing out of the ordinary for a dealership, but at least you get good customer service for your money.
