This pub is under new management. It has been redecorated on the inside and outside there is courtyard seating. There is sport on tv, so popular with football fans. The menu has just been tweaked in march. I come here with friends for the occasional sunday lunch. The standard of food is a bit hit and miss, the sunday lunches are nice. Plenty of food on a plate for less than a tenner. Sometimes the pub is busy and sometimes quiet. It is tucked away in a quiet alley but just off the bigg market. The pub itself is quite big and has an upstairs too. It isn’t the best place to come but is okay.
