I will never shop anywhere else for the larger items I need. John Lewis really does offer the very best value for money, quality and most importantly too — the best service possible. Buying from them you can always be completely confident knowing that as a customer they really do care for you and want you to be happy. Such a rarity in todays cut throat competition. I recently bought a hotpoint fridge and freezer and was not happy with the features. I went back in staore and they have exchanged both without any hassle whatsoever, no further delivery charges and not even a usage cost as I have had to use them both while I wait for the new delivery. And they reallyt are competitively priced.
Always very well worth shopping there.
