Not a great visit for fathers day. The service was very poor. Drinks took nearly 15 minutes to arrive and when they brought the first appetiser the whole group looked at each other it was that bad.
This is my second and last visit to a Frankie & Benny’s. Dreadfull.
Luckily TGI Fridays is a 5 minute walk away. So we called it a day, paid for the drinks and left for TGI’s.

I have been to Fankie and Benny’s across the Uk and they are generally good but I was slightly disappointed with the Newcastle. I am not sire if it was just this night of it is always like this but the service was slow and not pleasant just sitting waiting

Great service. Had a slight problem with some cold food, however they sorted it in seconds & replaced this dish. No hassle whatsoever.
