Nice relaxing atmosphere and the coffee (Americano) was adequate if perhaps a little on the weak side. However the food really wasn’t up to scratch. My Ploughman’s sandwich had a day to go on its sell by date but was starting to dry out. They are also way over the top with packaging, my sandwich came in a box with plastic insert which seemed to have no purpose whatsoever. A shame because the location, seating, décor and service were all fine. It’s been a while since I was in a Costa coffee shop but based on today I won’t bother again: Starbucks and (especially) Pret are far better.
