BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!!

I've been a customer of Eurotech for a number of years now, just had my sewage tank emptied and somehow Eurotech claim that my tank now holds 2500 gallon, whereas in previous years they confirmed that the tank held 1000 gallons, consequently although quoted £170, I received an invoice for £380 and I have no way of validating the invoice. I do not believe that 2500 gallons has been removed and I know that my sewage tank does not hold 2500 gallons, unfortunately although I called to enquire and dispute I was assured that this was correct, this is impossible. I will not be using Eurotech again and advise anyone to be very cautious as once the tanker has left your property you have no way of validating what they claim on an invoice. I would have been onsite when the tanker attended if it had not been 3+ hours late, very poor customer service.
