Foods great but staff/​management bitching about other members of staff calling them «weird» and «stange» just completely put me off ever going back in such a shame cause the food was good

Over priced and over rated. I tried to eat the fish and chips a couple of times. Thinking perhaps they maybe had an off night. Aparently not.
Especially avoid the neon orange breadcrumb fish shudders

This is a terribly expensive chip shop! The price does not reflect the portions at all! Staff aren’t especially friendly either. One nice thing about this shop is that it does have a sweetie counter with some jars of traditional sweets, and they offer mixups unlike many other stores in the area, this section seems to be reasonably priced, but overall I would not recommend it. Quality is good, but the prices are not!

This fish and chip shop/​restaurant is close to Dalziel St Andrews Parish Church in Motherwell Town Centre. Food is of good quality at reasonable prices. Restaurant is a good size and often pretty busy. Take away options are slightly cheaper and they offer a wide variety on their menu. There is also an area for ice-​cream and sweets across from the frying counter. This is not always manned and there are times staff have to walk over to it from behind the frying counter.
