What a fab place for Indian food. Not only were all of our dishes absolutely delicious the service was impeccable. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food received as well.
I would recommend the chicken saag if you like spinach & our shashlik jalfrezi (spelling?) was perfect, spicy without losing flavour to the heat.
The menu was extensive & I look forward to going back to try out more. :)

Bollywood Night. Wednesday 25th 2011.
What a great night at Lal Quilla. A good set meal and plenty to eat, service was usual high standard. The dancers were excellent. Very professional .At the end of the show customers were asked to enter a dance competion and prizes were awarded, great fun by all.
For £20 a head a very good value evening. Naz and his team will organise more of these Bollywood nights, so call for dates.

This place is a diamond! This is the place where I went for my Christmas dinner one year, and had the best Indian in the world.
The restaurant is large and could seat around 100 people if not more, so it is ideal for parties or large groups. Just on the outskirts of Mossley, it is not hard to find and has its own parking on site so there is no need to worry about where you will park.
Not only do they serve excellent food, they have a fully stocked bar and excellent hosting skills. They make sure you are well looked after all throughout your meal.
What is nice to know about this place is that they raise money for local charities so it really is part of the local town. Go here, its great!
