I been there 3 times.
1. I did a photo for my child and some prints — 3 ***
2. Photo for myself — service like in photo kiosk and price 2 times higher — 2**
3. Photo for my child — complete waste of time and money — They employ people without any qualifications not to mention the customer service skills — 3*
This place has customers because of the good location but that’s the only good thing I can say about this branch.
Last time I went to Newport Pagnell and it was definitely worth it to drive 4.5 mile.

If I could give lower score — I would do that. One of the worst experience ever.
I went there to do passport photo for my 2 years old baby. They charge £7 for 4 UK passport photos. When I said I need it for polish passport the price gone up to £10. I’ve been told there are different requirements for this one.
A girl took the photo and showed to me to approve it. The baby mouth was open, so I asked if she can take another one. Someone told me before that it need to be with mouth close. But she answered she knows what the requirements are and everything is, as it should be. So after I paid I left with 4 photos.
I had to travel to London to place an application. But I couldn’t apply because the photo was not acceptable for passport. (Open mouth!) I lost one day to travel, fuel cost and appointment. I had to make next one — another 6 weeks later!
I got back to Snappy Snaps to make a complain. I told about the situation and I asked replace useless for me photos for the right ones. They took another photo. Again baby was smiling with mouth slightly open. Again, in very rude way, I have been told that they know what are the requirements. And I can have this photos if… I will pay again £10!
I left straight away. I found online other place in Newport Pagnel to do passport photo. This time I have been charged £5 for 8 photos, exactly as needed.
Snappy Snaps in Milton Keynes is the worst choice for photos — unprofessional photographers, rude with bad customer service.
If you have choice — avoid!
