I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Prestige Estates. First and foremost they found a tenant for my property within a short space of advertising it. They provide friendly and helpful contacts and have been a very useful source of advice for a first-​time landlord. They are sufficiently small to provide a personal service but big enough to provide everything that is needed.

As a Landlord I was experiencing problems last year with my previous Agent. Rent not being paid on time problems with maintenance. Since moving my properties to Prestige 12 months ago I have had no such problems. They are always friendly and happy to help with any queries. Mainetanance issues are handled swiftly and best of all my rent is PAID ON TIME! — can’t reccommend them enough.
