Astonishingly poor treatment of tenants. Needed constant chasing to sort out hot water problems, which took 4 weeks in the end. We have had problems in the past with heating too. We have a baby in the house, so shouldn’t have to put up with an extremely cold house– that didn’t stop them from forgetting to arrange a gas engineer to come out.
