My OH has always had good service from these guys so when I had a puncture on my car that needed fixing I took it there.
I found someone and asked them if they could fix it and the guy could hardly be bothered to look up, he said just dump it over there.
I asked if he could help me get it out of the car for me because I have arthritis in my hand, he just sighed really heavily and walked over and took my tyre out of the boot and put it in a corner and carried on with what he was doing.
I then had to ask him when I should pick it up etc which he told me then carried on.
I went back a couple of hours later picked it up and never have gone back!
You may get a better response from them good luck!
