The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is the most condescending little man I have every had deal with. Their three month no quibble guarantee, is all he can talk about, even though my broken glasses were six month old, then he tried the manufacturers guarantee on me, they do not believe that they should be beholden to you law of your saturtory rights.
If any problems occur with your glasses after their 3 month guarantee, believe me you will have to fight long and hard to get the problem rectifyed.
They have lost my business and my families. Never again
