I used this branch many times whilst I was still working in the city centre. I’ve had keys cut whilst I waited, and they even offered to polish and additionally ‘trim’ one of the Mortice keys I was getting cut (due to a very sticky door lock).
They can also do a wide range of shoe repairs in store, and for most big name brands they can order in official replacement soles, etc. Reasonably priced, with a good turn around time.
Also very convenient to drop shoes off in the morning and pick them up on your way home if you commute via the tram, train, or bus.
