The Palatine Bar & Restaurant

Firstly, the disabled toilets (which are situated in the bar) are lacking in soap and paper more often than not. plus, there is no mirror! Are disabled people not users of mirrors? Since the bar /​restaurant has been divided into two rooms (bar and restaurant), the disabled toilets has become the ladies toilet, we want mirrors!!! if we want to use the other ladies toilet we would have to go through the restaurant, which is not always acceptable as it is full of people having meals and they do nto want to see people traipsing in and out of toilets.
Secondly, they have a big screen, supposedly for footie. Thats fine but please can we get it in English and can we also have a screen that is not blurred. !!!
