Not very welcoming staff generally when I arrived, all continued to chat amongst themselves, but the beautician was very friendly. She was very efficient and chatty which helped take my mind off the (relatively low) level of pain I was feeling! I was thinkong I would go again, perhaps to try some treatments which she sold (very subtley) throughout my appointment. However, nobody asked me when I would like to return. I was also over charged as the beautician had done more treatment than I had asked for so I did not feel inclined to book myself in again.
