This is a really nice hotel & it’s really clean. The prices are excellent for the rooms they have, very spacious. The hotel is convenient to a lot of stuff to.

Wow… if only my iPhone was not on the fritz I’d be posted about a dozen pictures of the room I’m in which for around $ 150 a night U.S. would cost you probably $ 1K in New York City. Spacious, modern, hip, cool lighting, thoughtfully and modernly decorated, comes with a mini kitchen (which I had no use for but still thought cool). Massive shower with two big heads coming from the ceiling for showering with someone else (I was along, thank you), comfortable bed, and quiet! Great front desk, interesting decorating concept in the halls that must be seen. There’s no way all of the hotels in Manchester are this cool. No way, and that’s why 5-​stars is what they deserve. If I was coming back I wouldn’t even look elsewhere.

I will just echo Rana, M comments. The desk folks were extremely accomodating and FREE washer /​dryer for the last minute laundry. was able to work on my first MAC adventure (i am windows). Set perfectly in midtown with more places to eat that can be imagined. On our list for the next trip and highly recommended. Thanks Roomzzz

I stayed here last month on the 5^th floor for a valentines weekend. The Hotel is a great looking hotel, nice and modern and the room was also lovely HOWEVER
The sheets and bedding was not changed (we had to ask for someone to come and change the bedding) the nice large windows in the room were FILTHY DIRTY not nice viewing at all. We had a toilet roll hanging from one of the beams, the microwave didnt work at all and we were told that the maintenance man had gone home so it couldnt be fixed, the upstairs floor hadnt been cleaned AT ALL and there were crumbs and dust all over the floor and the plates had left over food stuck to them!
Such a shame that all of these things let down what was supposed to be a valentines weekend felt like a stay in a worn out dirty caravan in the end!

Now all you affluent people out there you have another excuse to come visit Manchester, our great great city. Come on!!! Come hitherrrrrr and all those who already live in Manchester stay stay stay here treat yourself save save save stay stay stay… spend spend spend!!! I know I will!!!
