I never write reviews, but if it saves anyone else £100 it’s worth it! I went to Peter Regans for a simple root cover up. I was booked in for just a root cover, but the incompetent hair dresser decided to do her own thing (even when I told her no) and put in low lights and toner. I then asked what the difference was between a half head of highlights and getting my roots done and she said nothing, just the cost. Makes sense doesn’t it. She ended up charging me for a half head of highlights, low lights, and toner. She maybe covered up 30% of my roots. I came in with roots and I left with roots. I could barely hear what she was saying during the service and she got quite rude when I put in my own opinion about MY hair. When a customer wants something specific done to their hair, you don’t rudely disregard it and just do what you want! Also poorly trained, she was combing out my wet (curly & thick) hair with her fingers and then blow dried it with her fingers, no brushes involved. At one point I actually grabbed brush off the counter and ran it through my hair because the knots were driving me crazy. The highlights that she did also look terrible because she was inconsistent with how she applied it. Customer Service is a zero for me. Skill is maybe a one for me. Do not waste your money. The salon was dirty and empty for a reason!
