To cut a long winded story short i had to
take my computer in for repairs .
I had to pay £50 upfront and anything else after a diagnostic
The knowhow team called me to say that i needed a new graphics card
and would cost another £90 so i agreed for them to do .
it took eight days for me to get my computer back as it had to
be sent off to their repair centre.
Having got home and setting it all back up the first thing
that came on my screen was a warning sign that the grahics card
or the software to back it up was not right.
called there knowhow repairs team to complain and at first they denied
that the fact that they had not checked my computer before it left the shop
then eventually tim the guy on the other end told me a few steps so
he could log into my computer to see the problem.

that back up the grahics card, it took him around 20 minutes to
finish the job in which he apologised.
The only reason i took my computer to p c world
was because i thought it was i trusted and reputable source.
they put in the graphics card but could not be bothered to
put in the software to support it, having taken my money
quick enough i will not put my trust in them again.
