This is a 5* for their takeaway service, which is the best Indian takeaway in Manchester, and I have tried most of them. I have ordered from here many times– it mostly arrives quickly, the food is always consistent. The Palak Paneer is delicious. However their meat curries can have very dry meat– they need to cook it less. When sat piping hot in a container for 10 – 15 minutes the meat is going to cook even longer.

Super service, quality & value A dry restaurant, very family friendly. Quickly becoming my first choice on the curry mile. Hope you’ll be overwhelmed by quality service like we always are:)

I came here with my boyfriend around 8 pm and we had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to be seated but I didn’t mind at all because the restaurant was quite lively and the menu card had nice choices of international and Asian dishes. Starter: 1) Fish Pakura for £2.95 and they were tasty, flaky cod fish 4 to 5 big pieces marinated in special spicy batter & deep fried. 2) Chicken Tortilla Strips for £2.95(Chargrilled shredded chicken with onions, peppers & melting mozzarella cheese) 4 medium sized pieces but I must say they were a aaaaaahmazing ;) Main Course: I went for a butter chicken(Asian dish) with pilau rice. The portions were quite big and I was surprised by the authentic taste. I loved my dish and i was happily to leave a tip after an impeccable service. Venue: Multicultural, vibrant and quite a colourful ambiance.

WOW… I think that should be enough said about the place but I better write a bit more Lol Went there not long ago it was recommended by few people passing by(as we are not local). Normally we will just go to a certain buffet we love but this time thought let’s try something different. Was fairly busy as we had to wait for a table… The guy who took our names was very handsome and charming. We ordered chicken wings, ribs and BBQ ribs which all very absolutely delicious… and the portions were very generous. We also tried their stir fry which was amazing. The waiters were excellent as was the atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I have recommended this place to many people as it’s well worth going Very good price wise, excellent service and amazing delicious food. Definitely will be going again when we are up north. Highly recommend this place, u won’t want to go anywhere else after going here. Well done to the staff

This as always been my favourite resturant on the curry mile, any excuse to go as i have been hundreds of times. lol! inside you are greeted by a pleasant door man and made to seat down while you wait for a available table which could be upto twenty minuets. inside its nicely decorated but never get a table near the door other wise you freeze to death. The menu as a good choice of food from indian to chinese and english food curries are very big portions compared to other places and you fairly stuffed even to think about having a dessert, but if you do have a dessert then your in heaven as they come huge with either ice cream or custard. prices are very good value from around £2.40 for a starter to around £6−7 for a curry. The staff are pleasent and friendly and service is excellent. my main other reason for going here is have never ever had a bad stomach the next day and that counts for a lot!

I’ve only picked up a delivery from here for a sibling and haven’t really had the pleasure of tasting their food but two things suggest it might be sensational. Firstly I’ve heard first hand that this is authentic Lahori food and has a home cooked taste to it. That’s a bold statement since many would argue that Lahore, which is in the heart of punjab(which is like the Rome of the entire region) is famed for its cuisine. Secondly a simple fact I observed first hand, it’s packed 7 days a week! In fact I’d go as far as to say, when it comes to Rusholme it’s possibly the busiest place on the entire strip at the weekend. Which perhaps is a downside and could potentially put most people off dining here. It’s very loud and busy and I lost count of how many staff they have on the floor as a result. However I doubt this would hurt the sensibilities of a real foodie. On a different note the desserts also look incredible. So much so I’m pretty sure the girl in front of me in the queue nearly fainted as the waiter took one of the gigantic Sundaes to a table. Updated review coming soon…

Was ridiculously popular with Asian families and groups at 11pm on a Saturday night. Great service, decent curries and reasonable prices. Interior décor is a bit plasticy for my tastes and be warned they don’t have an alcohol licence.
