This is quite a big store, but like has been said I am not a massive fan of Makro either, I don’t find there prices particularly cheap to anywhere else, and usually a lot of there non food items you can get online cheaper.
Sometimes pays to buy in bulk essentials e.g. washing powder etc though,
Sometimes they have good offers which they put on their website however you do have to be a card holder to go in.
The halesowen store is a big one, with loads of car parking. I always find there are big lines of people waiting at the checkouts so best to go when its quiet.

‘m not a big fan of Makro. people seem to think it’s cheap but I don’t really find that to be the case. It’s never going to be as good value as a commercial wholesalers, but it is great if you need to buy for a wedding party or similar celebration.

This store is massive in size and has a lot of items for sale, all sorts. It is genreally very cheap but especially so if you buy in bulk (hence wholesalers) this true whether of the clothes, the beer, or the meat.
All that I’ve ever bought from here seems to be of reasonable quality and their wine collection in particular is very sophisticated with the guy who seems to run that area being extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and willing to recommend drinks for any situation without ever seeming to be pushy (perhaps the best kind of salesman)
The downside is that you do need a Macro card to get in and you either have to be a business or related to or work for a specific type of business to be given a card but it is worth it.
