Well what do you expect for £19 a night? The room was clean and tidy perfect for a quick over night stay before going on holiday. We had the buffet breakfast £6 each, Kids eat free! what more could you ask for? Beds were a little uncomfortable, but everyone moans unless it is your own bed. Overall: okay for a 1 night pre-flight stay.

crap, I didn’t like it at all, paid 60 pounds just for a small room and no refrigrator, no room service, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no nothingjust for 1 night and its too far from city, don’t try it unless you have to(like me), but it has a nice bar.

A bit out of the way on a sort of industrial estate — but they had a mini bus which took us to the hilton at the airport —(where we were attending a wedding) Staff helpful, nice bar, food looked ok, room big and clean — what more do you need for the price think it was £29 for a family room

Tucked well out of the way(a mile out) is The Travel Lodge that might as well not be called Manchester Airport Travelodge. If you don’t think £5 is a total rip off and walking is for peasants then you might as well hop on the courtesy bus which is £5 one way to and from the Airport. The bus is more like a mini van and the driver was nice enough. There is a bar and café on the ground floor. The bar is open untill 3am and the café serves an all you can eat breakfast for about £7.50. I did manage to get a decent nights rest and heard no strange noises. Don’t bother with this one if you are looking for poltigeists, room 1408 it is not. Overall this place is your average, clean and trusty travelodge. Resonably priced.
