Reception staff sadly are poor, but seen a lot of improvements recently, the organisation of the reception area has certainly improved and some staff (young guy) are quite pleasant.
When you are unwell, the last thing you need is an abrupt and appearing uncaring receptionist, we all know they do a very hard job, but a smile goes a long way.
The telephone system is now better than it was
The Drs I have seen are great Dr Segar is my fav, she is caring, understanding, and listens, and the only problem is she is too popular so hard to get an appointment with, but worth the wait.
Also had to have a home visit from a young Dr recently and he was great also.
Well done and Thank you
