We went into Everything Everywhere on Market Street in Manchester, and we signed up for a new contract with EE as a company over three weeks ago, we took two handsets from the store and the sales advisor«Gill» was extremely friendly and helped us as much as she could. However we’ve had nothing but problems, and attitude from staff on the phone, managers say there going to call us back and never do. Have been speaking to «Teresa» in the call centre today who had nothing but attitude, i asked for a manager and she refused to put me through. She said«oh so i’ll go drag a manager away from what they are doing now shall i?» what a disgrace! We have iPhone 5’s and had lots of signal issues, we pay for 4g and hardly get that. In our previous contract we never went over 400mbs in over 18 months with Three but only two weeks into this contract with Everything Everywhere — EE we are at 1.5gb, they say they cant do anything about it and it must be our fault… Another issue we’ve had, the company took its first direct debit after two weeks, then a week later said that we now had another bill payment, we phoned up and got nothing but attitude so we complained in the store and«Gill» called up the call center and was told we would get a refund for the first Direct Debit, and that the second payment would be marked as disputed until this refund was refused so that we wouldn’t have to pay until the refund was credited to our account. We were told that the accounts department would call us. The store advised us to cancel the direct debit, so we did. However, today the direct debit, although cancelled, Everything Everywhere aka EE set it back up without our permission and took the second payment, the account now has a «returned» transaction on our bank statement now causing our company issues for the next 6 months due to us complaining. We called EE and said we wanted to lodge a complaint, they told us we would need to «write» in. We asked for an email to send the complaint, but they said«no you would need to actually put pen to paper and write to us». I queried why this was and the person on the phone said that he couldn’t give us an answer to this policy. I cant help but think its because they like to try and put off people from making a complaint. We never did get the first refund promised to us. The company should either fire there social media company or your social media manager as they obviously aren’t doing there jobs properly. And while your at it, put your call centre advisors through some customer service training, and stop allowing managers to hide. Surely you are a customer facing company and should be dealing with issues directly. even if it does take for a manager to come to the phone. Good customer services keeps customers happy! Everything Everywhere aka EE is a terrible company and I would advise anyone looking to use them… to avoid them like the plague.
