Diamond Lodge

I’ve stayed in diamond lodge numerous times, but after April 15^th-​16^th I’ll never go back!
I arrived after a 4 hour drive and at first everything seemed ok, until it got late.
My room was directly above the refrigeration plant for the kitchen, it started and stopped every 10 – 15 mins. To make matters worse, the window was broken and wouldn’t close.
I was told I couldn’t be moved anywhere, then was moved at 2 am, by which time I was completely frustrated and so worked up by that time that I didn’t sleep till 4 am.
I was up again at half 7 and had a 4 hour drive in front of me.
I complained to the front desk who insulted me by first trying to argue that the refrigeration plant didn’t run at that time, then said since I was moved halfway through the night that everything must have been ok!!!
I’ve never been treated in such a shocking way, after first trying to argue with me I got an artificially sympathetic apology!
What a disgusting way to treat loyal patrons.
