PLEASEAVOID! We are currently having to formally seek refunds for materials not provided after many attempts to call and email. We expect we will end up needing to claim through the courts. The first two designs the designer admitted were no good after we challenged(thank god we were sceptical and didn’t just put our faith in them). After many of the needed materials never arrived we have still not had a refund so are hugely out of pocket. The CEO Michael Banjo admitted what a shambles the whole process had been yet is too gutless to answer or return a call, and still isn’t prepared to refund us for over £5000 worth of materials we haven’t had. They ask for money up front for a reason — BEWARE! UPDATE — Having now written a formal letter requesting refunds for items not provided and the response we have received from Décor Fusion is the refusal to even discuss any refunds until we remove any negative reviews we have posted online. When we refused to do this(the reviews are accurate and I believe necessary to avoid others falling into our situation) CEO Michael Banjo first threatens us with a slander suit, then smugly states«We are well protected in our terms for late deliveries and bespoke items as these things can and do happen i.e. supplier let down»(this is a month after our refurb finished and with no new delivery dates proposed for any of the outstanding items) and«The other options is for you to go to court and we deliver all items to you leaving you with absolutely nothing to argue on and items you say you don’t need anymore.» There’s customer service for you! So just be aware that if you do use this company, they have no obligation to delivery any items to you by any dates that you need them and clearly cover themselves in their terms and conditions so that if the items are too late to be of any use to you(which in our experience most will be) they do not need to refund you. I have tried to explain to Michael that the way to combat negative reviews is to resolve the issue that has caused them, but so far this has fallen on deaf ears.
