Whenever I come to Manchester on a Sunday, this is almost always the place I stop at for a coffee. With it being inside the Arndale, it may get a tad noisy to some on the weekend which I don’t particularly mind to be honest. While this can be rather busy as well, I’ve ALWAYS managed to get a seat. The staff haven’t messed up any of my orders as of yet. You might get the occasional time where they’ll politely ask you to repeat your order if they didn’t quite catch what you said(I have a quiet voice what can I say?). The service is quick so you’re not waiting too long either. All in all, a good Costa.

I may prefer Starbucks to Costa but I went here today on a search for their new Chicken and Basil wrap. I found it here after being advised to go here from the nice, polite staff at the Costa in the Waterstones upstairs. This Costa store was very busy and although the staff did not stand out like the store upstairs, I got my Chicken and Basil wrap for £3.75, what in all honesty is a reasonable price. This store is also in a good location in the Arndale as well, located near the enterance what is near Sports Direct and Virgin Media stores. The wrap tasted very good, dry at times but flavourful in Others, I would reccomemed these Wraps to fellow Coeliacs.

Coffee and snacks are good but staff needs more training. They got our order wrong… twice. First they forgot the snack we ordered then my Skinny Vanilla Latte was missing the vanilla. They also didn’t mention that I had enough points on my card to pay for one of our drinks.

I go here so often I don’t even have to ask for my coffee, if they are not busy it will be made before I have ordered it. Am I that predictable?
