These burgers weren’t as exciting as I thought they would be. And I really have no clue what makes them Canadian. But they’re tasty and reasonably priced and a cut above your usual takeout burger. I ordered through Just Eat which was laborious due to how you have to go through the options of choosing your meal, but easy enough. When I arrived at the shop to collect it I was greeted by a rather stern man telling me he had been trying to phone me to find out if the order was for delivery or collection. I always thought the point of Just Eat was so that all of this information was fed back easily to the staff but oh well. In the shop it was nice to see that the burgers were fresh, not frozen. My burger was pretty tasty and it was nice that I got to choose my own toppings. The meat was juicy and not overcooked. Overall I think this place is a good option if you fancy a burger to take away but don’t want McDonald’s.

This place does some incredible enormous triple stackers, with genuine size. I can’t think of anywhere in Chorlton or Manchester that does takeaway burgers like this. And frankly I’ve been to more than most people. This is proper good, face destroying, mandible abuse. You can have a Megaburger with three pates, cheese and chili sauce, and that’s exactly what you should do. Get your gourmet pizzle away from me. I BITEYOU.

I’m not sure exactly what qualifies the burgers served at Canada Grill as Canadian(they have mushrooms on them, mushrooms grow in the forest, there are a lot of forests in Canada — that really is the best I could come up with) but they are the best takeaway burgers I have had in Manchester. The Ontario Steak Burger is succulent and served a little bit pink there is a craft here that is not present in other fast food outlets. I personally would say the burger here compares well to those at best-of-the-chains Burger King, beating the Angus and even the legendary Mushroom Double Swiss. There is little else to say. They do pizzas but I haven’t had one of those. Not sure if they’re meant to be Canadian too. Maybe they have bits of moose on them.
