An absolutely disgraceful company. We booked the bouncy castle in advance for a children's leaving party, received the confirmation email however on the day of the party the bouncy castle hasn't arrived as it was promised. We have waited and waited, made numerous phone calls, the phone didn't even ring out, it went straight into answerphone and haven't received a reply at the end at all. They have ruined my children's leaving party! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
