I purchased two orders from Boohoo to be delivered at the same address in Miami Florida. I got one order and the other order seemed to have mysteriously disappeared! I contacted Boohoo who said my missing package was delivered to the Miami address via USPS, I checked USPS website and it says that the package was delivered… BUT its not! I once again I contacted Boohoo asking for assistance to find my package, but no one seems to care!!! I am highly disappointed as a first time customer!!!

there should be negative stars for this store. horrible service. talked to customer service for days through Facebook. my package was lost, have yet to receive it and i leave tonight for my trip. absolutely furious

I wish I could give«0» stars as some people would say. I ordered from BooHoo on August 26 with shipping time of up to 8 days to reach the USA. Now 9 days later they’re just now telling me it was MISROUTED to New Zealand which means I have to wait anther week or so for it to clear customs when I NEEDEDITTHISWEEKEND! The bad thing about it was that they didn’t notify me of the mistake or request that it would be expressed to me. This will be my last time ordering with them. I’ll stick with ASOS.
