Booked a meal to celebrate a first anniversary with my girlfriend. Get a message on the day saying the chef is ill and they will have to cancel the booking. What a joke. So only one chef is employed? No way to run an establishment. Poor management can only represent poor food and service to follow. AVOID.

I downloaded this ap just to write a review about how bad the customer service was at the Early bird. Me and my two friends went here to watch the football on a Sunday afternoon rather than sit in doors and watch as it was a nice day. We got there for the first half and purchased one round of drinks. Due to the fact we was all driving the next round was going to be purchased during the halftime break. The goggle eyes barman didn’t allow us to get that far because two minutes after finishing our drinks he was hounding and pestering is to buy another. He then got into an argument with us and laid out a load of sarcastic remarks which made us feel uncomfortable and leave. Due to the bad customer service we went to Lashings bar in town and had a much better customer experience,

portraying itself as a wine bar, this small pub, set in the grounds of tesco, is much more charcterful then the surroundings would initially suggest. With cosy comfortably season and a living flame gas fire for the chilly winter months, this pub provides the ideal setting for a relaxing non rowdy music free evening out. The food is perfectly decent for the reasonable price you pay and a round of drinks will not break the bank. Being a popular place for live sport fixture viewing and other social events, this little pub is the heart of the grove green community. Next time you go to tesco, pop in, even if just for a glass of coke. the experience will certainly inspire a return visit.
