It has a good range of beers and ciders 7 real ales and 6 keg beers. Plenty of parking outside and a garden area. The food is good and it is a short walk from the town centre.

I don’t know what the other reviewers were thinking but this place is wonderful. I had the roasted pork special and I was wonderful and large portions. The cauliflower au gratin was fabulous. Definitely going back net time I am in town!

I think ‘Frankly’ must be a relative of the new owners! The place has been done up and looks good I have to say, and they sell Rebellion Beer which is great, but the landlord is a misery guts and the dog is just as unfriendly.
