Went into gallery 18 yesterday to get some signed records I have and I’ve never been so belittled in my life, I picked a frame I like and was bombarded with cheaper frames I said no that’s the one I like and finally he gave me a price but of £100 then he started again but this is cheaper.
He judges people and because I’m a fairly youngish lad in jeans and Parker with a few tattoos he just kept on making me feel like I couldn’t afford the item I wanted.
Well his loss because I was going to order 4 more after the first was done, found somewhere else now with staff that don’t look down their nose at people!
AVOID and shop around for another framers!

This small, local gallery has some great artwork on rotation and available for sale. Exhibiting local artists, this brings a breath of fresh air to an otherwise quite un-​cultural town. Although it only consists of one room, the quality of the artwork available is really very good– and there’s a good variety of abstract, fine art, and portraits, so something for everyone. The artwork is of course, expensive, but it’s worth going for a quick browse and just to appreciate the art. The staff members have always been very friendly (I don’t think they get many visitors) and helpful whenever I’ve visited.
