One of my favourite chain Italians. Food is always reasonably priced with lots of new dishes being added to the menu frequently. A dish in particular which is great for sharing is one of their mezze boards. Delicious!

the staff were very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t seem to have anything! no aperol in an an italian restaurant, no asparagus for my pizza. but they did offer me alternatives and even bent the taste card rules a little bit which gave us a very pleasant surprise when the bill came! overall, good, reasonably priced food in a nice setting with lovely staff

This is the best restaurant where i’ve had stone baked pizza. i love the use of fresh ingredients in the food really enhances the flavor. The atmosphere is really nice, and the service from the servants is really quick and efficient. It is relatively cheap for the food and service your getting. All in all a great place for a lunch or dunner.

Excellent food and service. I used 2for 1 voucher a few times and they don’t bat an eyelid and serve you equally well.
The salads are great and the servers spend time explaining if need be. Good value for money. Extensive choice. Go with friends, family or romantic the restraurant works well for all occasions. Can’t go wrong with this place I think

Excellent food, the calzone is the best I’ve tried in the Kingston area (and I’ve been to every pizza restaurant in the area, honest!).
Open late (i.e. can stagger in there after the pubs close). Friendly staff, never been stroppy or aloof or indifferent to post 11pm pub goers.
I had a 2 for 1 voucher which was good for Monday — Thursday, but I was in there on a Friday. I showed it to the staff, realized my mistake and apologised, but when the bill came, they had taken off one main meal anyway. Nice!
With pizzas 6 – 9 quid, and pastas about 7 – 9 quid, very good value for ££.
This and Al Fornos are my top picks for Kingston.

Very romantic I must say.
I went on a Friday and it was exceptionally loud and stressful. However, Zizzi had its charm and personal, italian charachter. It was very much Lady and the Tramp, eating pasta and meatballs and why not share a piece of pasta with your date and end it up with a kiss. Ah, such a romantic restaurant.
The service was not the best I have experienced. But the friendlyness of the staff and the atmosphere was compensation for the lacking of service. The food was absolutely amazing and there was a great selection of pasta on the menu.

The rose wine is lovely, as is the pasta. The service is good and it has a very sociable feel to it. It is a good italian restaurant for any night of the week!
