This is the worst Zara for customer service. Most of the staff and rude and very, very lazy. Always unwilling to help customers. Yesterday, I went to collect a parcel I asked to be delivered in store, I was instructed to go to the till whilst I was in the 1st floor. I saw cute skirt and went to the till, the cashier said«THEREARESTILLOTHERTILLSINTHISSHOP, YOUKNOW?» So I decided to go down to the ground floor, I queued and paid for the skirt and ask for my parcel. «THEREARETILLSINTHELOWERFLOOR!» I was again told to go to the basement as the cashier was too busy who was chatting to one of her colleagues who was hanging about. She was chatting away with her colleague not having any conversation with me at all. The customer service is appalling! They hate customers! I definitely felt like I’m a nuisance because I wanted to pay for an item. I kept my cool and proceeded to the basement, there was no queue but a cashier was slowly wrapping a present like it is glass. I couldn’t bear anymore. I’ll just cancel my order and have it returned to their depot. I’m just so fed up with callousness of supposedly trained staff. The ZARA near Oxford Street station is the best I had been to. They are warm and welcoming and the people at the till are just so helpful and professional. I say, STAYFROMZARA near TOTTENHAMCOURTROAD if you still want to keep your sanity.

My source for all things holy. Metallic gold and sliver jeans. They ran out of these in the US, and I found them here last January. Praise dog!

This is one of the larger and most busy Zara retail positions in the city, boasting two full floors of shop and drop. I’m pleased to say that I’ve had little difficulty in securing help from floor sales associates in the hustle and bustle.
