Fantastic food — a great addition to the Peckham/Dulwich club of great restaurants. The food is delicious, just not quite awe-inspiring. The ambience is slightly clinical. Feels a bit like a formal business lunch spot but overall very pleased.

I don’t why so many japanese restaurants have to create this darkwood, low lighting, chilled out house music atmosphere? despite starting on a slight negative this was enjoyable. we sat at the sushi bar, slightly low imo(i want to see the chefs doing their thing), but relaxing and comfortable. the service was attentive and polite. we stuck to the sushi and sashimi and were impressed. very fresh, very tasty and well presented. only the average mackerel was a let down, on what is such a beautiful fish normally. the rest was excellent. slightly pricey, 70GBP without alcohol but it is a nice place. worth a look.

It was a very nice meal to go with my boyfriend and mum. The flaming scallop starter was amazing. Definitely try that. And the Passionfruit cheesecake. They were very nice and the only criticism that I would say is that there are alot of bar flies which is a bit distracting. Hate to take off 1 star for that.

A fun, modern, trendy Japanese restaurant in the heart of East Dulwich that offers a great selection of drinks including some very impressive and funky cocktails. The sashimi was fresh and the teryaki beef and seafood toban yaki were delicious. The only let down was the sushi rice was a bit undercooked. You’d expect a restaurant with high end prices to at least get the basics right. I’m not sure if I’d come here again for authentic Japanese food but it’s definitely a great spot for dinner whether it’s a romantic meal for two or dinner with a big group.
