Extremely rude. They completely ignored my two very reasonable, polite email requests for information. I could not figure out why. Was it because I mentioned I had a dog? Because I have ties with the US? Or what possible ridiculous reason? Other estate estate agents I contacted were very polite and helpful. My friend received a response right away. I sent a 2nd email a few days after the first, and 10 days later still no response.
The normal civilized thing to do is to at least respond with something, such as, ‘sorry we have no flats allowing dogs’, for example.
