This restaurant really is a little gem — advertised as TexMex but in addition covers a range of cuisines. Pizzas made freshly from the dough upwards, quality burgers, brilliantly cooked steaks plus all the TexMex you could wish for with portions that are beyond generous and prices that are more than reasonable for the quality of food being prepared by superb chefs. Add freindly service and a good atmosphere and you can’t go wrong. Very highly recommended. Oh and they do takeaway/delivery.

I went to the Hide Out as part of a large group just before Christmas and although the place was busy, I found the service to be excellent. It is quite a small venue and can get a little cramped if there are a lot of customers in. The décor is very unique, funky and modern with little touches such as traffic lights and original art on the walls. The one gripe I had was that there was only one toilet which was a little bit on the small side, had to wait a while when several ladies decided to go at once! The mexican food here is fab, portions here are HUGE so be warned! It really does represent good value for money. There is a cocktail list available and I found the long island iced teas to be very good — very potent! Highly recommended.
